Zac Phillips, in his role as a Customer Service Specialist, has been a valuable part time member of Hill Country Fee Realty since 2023. Although not a licensed real estate agent, Zac offers first in class customer service with his ability to answer questions from prospective buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants alike. Zac is great at explaining what services we offer without getting into great details due to not being licensed. In addition, Zac keeps our website up to date by adding our new listings, updating statuses of our listings and providing relevant content to our blog. Zac also adds content to our social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok by featuring our new and recently sold listings. 

Zac enjoys the outdoors and loves to travel to Colorado when he can.
