There is no debating that the Covid-19 pandemic has had a major affect on the entire world, including the real estate market. There was so much uncertainty about what the virus and lockdowns, etc. would do to the housing market and many experts even predicted historic losses of value, increased foreclosures and an overall major drop in real estate values. Fast forward almost two years and nothing could have been further from the truth.

Most, if not all markets, saw an increase in home values with some experiencing massive upticks in values. The rental market was also affected, primarily with noticeable rent increases in much of the nation, however not all markets experienced positive affects of the pandemic.
