There is just something about a mid-century modern house that appeals to me. I have never owned one and chances are, I probably never will as they are not exactly abundant on the market. There are certain communities in our country that have more of them than others. This stunning, yet outdate/original, home was built in 1953 and has only had one owner! Very rare indeed. The original owners have since passed and the son is now prepared to sell. Outside of this New York mid-century modern, is a one acre pond that is a pretty fun bonus in its own right.
