We have all seen some unique features in homes that we have visited. Perhaps your neighbor or long lost uncle Bob has some very odd or eccentric feature in their home that they are very proud of. Good for them. However, when it comes reselling what is often the biggest asset we own, there are some features that can actually hurt a seller financially or cause a home to not sell or not to sell for as much as it could have otherwise without said feature.
