Our full service, flat fee option is exactly what it sounds like: a full service real estate experience that includes everything you would expect with a full service agent. This is NOT us just putting your listing in the MLS and hoping it sells. It involves extensive marketing, exposure, social media presence, negotiations, pricing strategy, working through the inspection/option process, title, escrow, appraisal...all the way to closing.
In most real estate transactions, there will more than likely be a buyer’s agent representing the buyer. As of now, the expectation in the real estate industry is the buyer's agent will be compensated by the seller (this may change in the future). The amount a seller offers to pay a buyer's agent is not a fixed amount and you, as the seller, ultimately decide what that amount will be.
