I was looking for a flat fee realtor in the Hill Country of Texas when I came across Mark Phillips. I chose him
of course because he did not charge the 3% fee other selling brokers charge, and his website indicated he
was a FULL SERVICE BROKER, while others offered some services but not full service. He took his own
pictures of my home, including drone footage, and used them in setting up the MLS in a very professional
manner as good or better than other brokers. Managed the time of the showings and always gave me feed
back in a timely manner on comments of potential buyers. Handled the closing from PSA, through a few
addendum’s, to final step of selling with Title Company. Oh, and did I mention, he saved me in excess of
$25,000! WHY WOULD ANYONE NOT SELL THEIR HOME THROUGH A FLAT FEE REALTOR?
